Very cool. Looks a lot like the Tom Binns necklace she wore a while back. It's so unusual - I love it!

I think that her jewelry looks like something her daughters made in their Arts & Crafts class with stuff from the thrift store. Sorry, but I don't think that it is what the First Lady should be wearing.
