I'm not sure I can adequately describe just how creepy the people at this flea market in Florida were. Imagine a carnie crossed with a gypsy and add an extra layer of dirt. Of course they all had hearts of gold, they just really wanted your money. And we're pretty sure they slept in their vans.

But oh did I find some treasures!

I'm not a big brooch wearer (though I should be) but I couldn't walk away from this set - I've never seen one like it. It's completely 3d! And the color is to die for.

This guy is really cool - the triangle on the chain slides up and down. And it's in really good condition.

He needs a little cleaning up, but Mr. lion is too cute.

This is a signed Sarah Coventry necklace - not sure if the chain is original, but the pendant is fabulous.

Mr. Fish. He might be my favorite.

After scoring some awesome Weiss pins last weekend, I decided to do some research on the brand; I'd never heard of it, and thought my yellow rhinestone leaf pins were uber-cool. Turns out there's a pretty big market out there for fake Weiss jewelry.
